Our investment in these facilitys has been considerable and is supported by an operation capable of housing the maximum length commercial vehicle without any difficulty, giving us the tools to provide a quality repair, manifesting in reliability. All of our repairs carry our warranty, giving our customers confidence.
We currently employ highly skilled technicians, factory trained with City & Guilds in Commercial Vehicle Service & Repair and are capable of any level of repair or maintenance and have experience in all makes of vehicle.
Thompson Commercial offers an attractive Repair & Maintenance service to our customers. We develop tailor made packages to cover all aspects of vehicle maintenance on a fixed price. This is totally flexible and warrants the investment of your time to discuss on an individual basis. These packages can be offered on all makes of vehicle, including trailers.
Our Workshops provide covered commercial bays with walk through pits and lifts capable of elevating the largest of commercial vehicle. The capital equipment within the workshop enables us to carry out any task in-house. We also are a approved Tachograph agent.
The Hull facility has its own test lane with Ministry Test avable two days a week. Housed within an adjacent bay to our Tachograph facility is the Brake Roller test equipment providing us with the added benefit of being able to accurately test your brakes after repair on inspections prior to the Ministry Test. 
Our workshop is fully equipped to cater for all requirements in the event of the necessity to carry out servicing on-site and to attend roadside breakdowns. With our experienced staff we are confident that, in the majority of instances, breakdowns are resolved at the side of the road without the need for
expensive recovery and unnecessary downtime.
24/24 Breakdown Service

24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we will attend your vehicle and using our fully equipped roadside assistance vehicles, we will have you back on the road in under 4 hours (2004 Target: 80% of breakdowns to be back on the road in less than 4 hours.)
As part of our customer service charter we are committed to attend all breakdowns within 1 hour of your initial call to our call centre and to have you back on the road within 4 hours.
